It was easy to get an appointment for an oil change. The waiting room is very clean and customer and pet friendly.

My son’s truck continued to overheat and was not drivable. We had it towed to AAMCO in Pensacola to be repaired under warranty. We worked with Earl at AAMCO. We were having trouble getting approval for the repair from the warranty company. It should have been covered under a certain provision. Earl spent hours working with them and me attempting to get the issue resolved. He was great to deal with, so personable and understanding! After several days of working with the warranty company while both of us banging our heads against a wall Earl repaired the truck in no time, called me up days before I thought it would be repaired and said “You can come pick up your truck, it is all done and runs great!” I was blown away! I have to say even with the issues with the warranty company this was the BEST experience I have ever had working with a vehicle repair company! These guys are second to none! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone! Earl was also right! The truck runs like a Champ now. Earl also saved us a lot of money that I thought we were going to have to spend! The are honest and pricing is reasonable! That is another huge kudo for them! If you have any problems with your transmission or any other services they provide, don’t waste your time shopping around go straight to AAMCO in Pensacola! Ali Schooley
What awesome place? I would recommend this to anybody. They are friendly and fast. My Jeep went in for a full transmission rebuild. Went in on Sunday. I picked it up friday.What great customer service
Had shutter in my transmission and needed a quick fix to get me home from traveling and these guys here took good care of me I been calling around all day that day and I called them and they didn't lead me on saying they need replace stuff they help me with a fix
